The leader of JJL Motorsports is industry veteran Matt Noyce.

Noyce has been working with JJL Motorsports since 2015 and has provided competition and crew chief leadership since the team’s inaugural run.

Last year, in addition to his roles as JJL Motorsports Crew chief, Noyce also served as the car chief for Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick at Stewart-Haas Racing’s NASCAR XFINITY Series program.

A native of Wisconsin, Noyce’s background includes leadership roles and crew chief responsibilities for multiple drivers in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series and ARCA Racing Series respectively.

Matt Noyce gives JJL a proven winning attitude atop each pit box and his experience and ability will further strengthen the development of team’s initiative to develop young drivers, while also leading veteran drivers including JJL primary driver Jesse Little to compete for wins each weekend.

Noyce’s resume accomplishments include victories in the ARCA Racing Series, NASCAR K&N Pro Series and Late Models and  top-five finishes in the NASCAR XFINITY and Truck Series respectively as Car Chief.
